Refunds

If Mythforge isn't right for you, you can have your money back in full within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask

• Use the link in your receipt email from Paddle, our reseller, or visit paddle.net and look up your order. Paddle handles the refund.
• Or write to us at hello@fairsoft.co.uk with the email address you bought with, and we'll arrange it.

The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your writing

A refund ends the licence, so Mythforge goes back to how it was when your trial ended: everything stays readable, you can export your whole library, and sync carries on. Editing waits until you buy again. Your writing is never deleted.

After 30 days

If something is wrong with Mythforge, tell us whenever it happens: we'll try to fix it, and your rights under UK consumer law still apply, including a repair, replacement or refund for digital content that's faulty or not as described.

By law you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days, but for digital content that right ends once you start using it, which you agree to when you buy. Our 30-day refund replaces it and covers you for longer.
